How do I set up an account to place orders on the BH Company store?

Near the bottom right side of the screen is a "Create Account" link. Click the link and fill in your information. (you can utilize a non-Bright Horizons email address if you have one) and click "Submit Form". You will then be emailed a link to validate your account. Once you have an account created you are ready to order. Please save your username & password in a secure place as you will be required to log in every time you visit the site.


What is the difference between the BH Company Store and the Dryvve Punch out Site?

The BH Company store is intended for personal credit card purchases only. If you would like to charge your center's budget, please place your order through the BrightBuy Marketplace. To get to BrightBuy, go to the BrightWeb main menu and click on Systems > BrightBuy > Take Me to BrightBuy.


I need a large quantity of an item for an event or need to place a large apparel order for my entire staff. What do I do?

If you need a large quantity of an item (for example, 300 of the flashing star buttons, 78 shirts for staff uniforms, etc...) we recommend that you email bfamhelp@dryvve.com and someone from the Dryvve team will advise on the best way to place this order.
